No parties or gatherings allowed. NO EV charging allowed . This house is centrally located on a Main busy Street so please anticipate some traffic. But the home is set back some from the road so kids and animals can play easily with supervision. ( Please note: the actual parking driveway is small and can only accommodate 3, maybe 4 small to medium vehicles ( depending on size) or 2 large vehicles. There is NO on street parking available. And NO parking on main drive or in yard. ( There is a designated visitor parking spot at the very end of the drive in that’s unavailable as my vehicle is parked there for when I’m in town) Property is equipped with security monitoring by ADT with an outside security camera at front door and driveway along with a google video door bell. There is also a camera located inside the garage (which is locked and NOT accessible to renters, it’s for owners use only)
