This luxurious, 3-year-old, ocean-view, custom home is found in the New England seaside town of Rockport. Windows surround the home to take advantage of ocean views on three sides, including a view of the Twin Lighthouses. Walk or take a short drive to either the beach or Rockport town center for shopping/art galleries. Take hikes through Halibut State Park’s woods and granite quarries. This 2,600-square-foot home has an open, light-filled kitchen, dining area and sitting area with views of the ocean. A King bed is located upstairs in the Master Bedroom with an accessible balcony. A sitting area is also located upstairs next to the Master suite with a view of Straitsmouth island. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have ocean views. There is both a front porch table and back patio where you can enjoy meals outside while taking in views of the ocean and sea breeze. Enjoy Radiant Heat in the winter and ocean breezes in the summer.
