This completely renovated, modern home is located in the heart of Boulder. It’s located less than a mile to the restaurants and shops at downtown’s Pearl Street, and just 1.5 miles to Folsom Field and CU. If you’re visiting a student or attending a game at CU, you can easily walk or bike from this house. In the other direction, it’s close to hiking and running trails and an easy drive to the Boulder Reservoir. If you’re here for the Bolder Boulder our house is located in the course. You can walk or bike to the start line, or cheer on the runners at the end of the block.The house features a beautifully designed open floor space, with vaulted ceilings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor living space flow seamlessly together with a large folding glass window leading to a large outdoor porch. A chef’s kitchen and spacious island within the open floor plan make this an enjoyable space to visit with family and friends.The main floor has two private bedrooms, each with a double bed. These rooms are joined by an en suite bathroom, which features a full bathtub and shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.The upstairs level is completely dedicated to the primary suite, which offers a spacious light-filled bedroom with a private balcony. The bathroom features double vanities and a steam shower. On the lower level of the house, you’ll find a media room as well as another guest bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room.With four spacious bed rooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own sanctuary within this home. The spacious back porch and backyard provide an additional area to relax and enjoy.This home is nestled within a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located within walking or biking distance to downtown Boulder, nearby coffee shops and markets, as well as Boulder’s many hiking and running trails, including Mount Sanitas and the network at Boulder Reservoir.*Please note, according to the City of Boulder, while the house can sleep 8, you can only have 5 unrelated occupants at any one time.
