Located on one of the greatest spots to be in La Jolla, you will be able to walk to many attractions, restaurants, shops, not to mention that you will have your very own assigned parking spot – a great amenity to have in this area of La Jolla.The condo has a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom plus a futon in the living room. Sleeps up to 5 guests. Dining table seats six. There is a desk with ocean views for those working remotely.Unit comes with 1 assigned parking space located just outside the building, WiFi, Cable TV, Roku, in-unit washer and dryer, gas fireplace.To access the unit you will need to climb 1 set of stairs (about 4 steps) you can then access the elevator.2022 upgrades include, new mattress in master bedroom. New 55in SmartTV’s in living room and bedroom. Ceiling fans. New window treatments – blinds. New paint throughout and updated ceiling lights in main room.
