Has a large sunny deck, and private parking behind a gate, protected by a night watchman. Built on Del Monte Beach, it has a private access that only condo owner/guests can use. Pools, hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, and a gym are all available to guests.Particularly well suited for U.S. Open in June.Please contact me to discuss HOA rules, and your visit length needs.
