This very well maintained, lovely one bedroom Prince -Kuhio condo #303, has a great view of the ocean less than 100 feet away. It is located on the third floor of the Prince Kuhio and there is no elevator in the complex. We also own #111 on the ground floor if stairs are an issue for you. The unit is quiet and gets a wonderful ocean breeze. Let the ocean and palm trees lull you to sleep at night. This unit has lovely Hawiian living room furniture, comfortable king size bed, and new art work, freshly painted . It has lovely kitchen granite counters and new window coverings. The bathroom counters are also granite and even the large shower has an ocean view. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room. It comes with lots of extras like needed cooking spices, coffee grinder, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, free Wi-fi etc. This unit comes fully furnished with kitchen items including microwave ove, .linens, bath and beach towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV,free wireless internet, TV, stereo, CD & DVD player. Starter supplies of soap and paper products are provided. This condo does not have air conditioning, but normally tropical trade winds will keep you comfortable. Ceiling fans are in the bedroom.The complex of Prince Kuhio has been rated as a ‘Gem’ by the Ultimate Kauai Guide Book. We are located next to the sacred park of Prince Kuhio which provides a lovely and quiet back drop to the mountains and ocean. Just yards away is the best snorkel beach on Kauai. There is a lovely pool that has both shade and sun to meet your needs. It is located in our beautiful gardens filled with rare plants. There are three gas BBQ’s with picnic tables for cook outs. A lovely new shopping and entertainment complex is just minutes away form this ideally located condo. Golf at some of the greatest golf courses in the country just down the road and walk to the island’s finest restaurant across the street. Relish in the sunrise and watch the best island sunsets with surfers in the background while enjoying your favorite beverage on the beach house.We are ideally located in the perfect location to enjoy all the beautiful sites that Kauai has to offer.
