Beautiful Ocean Views in a Dream Cottage—**WINTERIZED, AVAILABLE IN FALL/WINTER**THE BEAUTIFUL COAST OF MAINE IN THE FALL AND WINTER!A beautiful ocean view cottage steps from the beach. This charming house has been recently renovated and is decorated with coastal charm. Enjoy a bright, modern kitchen that is fully equipped. We have just finished adding another floor with a den, bedroom and bathroom with a beautiful tile shower. There are three bathrooms – one with a full shower/tub, one with a tile shower. There is also a fantastic enclosed outdoor shower. There are four bedrooms which include one king, one queen, one room with a bunkbed and twin, and the other room with two twins and a trundle. The master bedroom is gorgeous with views of seagrass! Enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper on a deck overlooking the seagrass and ocean or a cocktail after a day at the beach.You will find every amenity you can think of including high speed Internet, gas grill, washer & dryer, 32 inch TV with cable. Lots to do in a wonderful family-oriented vacation area!A short walk away you will enjoy the center of Ocean Park with an ice cream parlor, penny candy store, restaurant, gift shop, library tennis courts & shuffleboard.Walk on the beach to nearby Ferry Beach – or for a bit of a longer walk – walk to Old Orchard Beach. Lifeguards on duty in July and August. Relax at a wonderful beach with soft sand. Enjoy some early morning or evening fishing, collecting shells or sea glass.In addition to the wonderful beach, you will find lots of activities nearby including boating, windsurfing, kayaking, biking and golf. A short drive will take you along some lovely scenic drives and some famous lighthouses.There are also a wide variety of amusements including Old Orchard Beach, Funtown/Splashtown Amusement Park, movie theatres and mini-golf.
