Our second floor, two bedroom condo has a spectacular panoramic ocean view from the master bedroom, living area and balcony. It is located in building A of the Sea Cabin complex. We are just steps from the ocean. Our unit features a fully functional kitchen, a master with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with a king- sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are plantation shutters on the bedroom windows which help for a relaxing sleep experience. Imagine having your morning coffee on the balcony with views of the ocean from the balcony or having a drink in the evening on the balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean. The unit includes; cable TV, WIFI, hair dryers, coffee maker(Keurig that uses coffee grounds and k-cup pods), blender, toaster, mixer, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. A laundry room with coin operated machines is located down the hall. No elevator. Two flights of stairs to get to condo. Linens and towels are NOT included. New hot water heater 2021. New luxury vinyl floors.3 NIGHT RENTAL MINIMUmCheck- in is easy with our key less door lock. No need to go to another location.Sea Cabin has a swimming pool for owners and guests only. A community charcoal grill is available. An outside shower is available for your use as you exit the beach.The beach is a short walk from our condo. The pool is located across the street. It has bathroom facilities and requires a pass to enter.If you love shelling, the Pointe where the Intercoastal Waterway and the ocean meet is a short walk away.There is a private pier but it is CLOSED due to unsafe conditions due to damage from previous hurricanes.Quiet time 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
