They are units 824 and 1108.Enjoy this oceanfront paradise from the 8th floor of this condo with absolutely incredible direct oceanfront views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Walking into this condo feels like your are sitting on top of the ocean. This is a large studio with a king bed and sofa pull out couch with a fully stocked kitchen and private balcony directly on the ocean. Condo just recently remodeled and has a kitchen with granite counter tops, a full size stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crock pot, pots, pans, dishware, utensils and a full sized refrigerator. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player in the unit.If you are interested in booking this condo:Click on the ‘Book it’ button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount dueand can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.Dogs are permitted. For weight and other limitations please contact owner. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. There is a pet fee.· 2 dogs maximum.· Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd and Chow are not permitted.· A Pet Fee of $25.00 plus tax per night/per pet will apply.
