Step out the front door, turn right, and take just a few steps into the gorgeous park in Seville Estates. Built in 2010, this home is in pristine condition and fully furnished for your comfort. South Gilbert is an upper-end community with plenty of great restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Hiking in the beautiful San Tan Mountain Regional Park is only minutes away. Hop on the 202 and drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or one of the many arts and entertainment districts in the Valley. Head south on the I-10 to Tucson, or north on I-17 to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Or…perhaps just stay put, have a cocktail, and relax with a good book or movie for the evening!This one-story home is simple and deceptively spacious, with an open floor plan. The kitchen features an island with bar-top, and is next to a dining area with no walls or obstructions. The living room is also open and connected, which offers the ideal atmosphere for casual dining and entertainment.All bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with the master bedroom separated from bedrooms #2 and #3. There is a separate laundry/utility room. A two-car garage allows for all cars to be parked securely at night, with an entry way from the garage to the house.The back patio offers another option for casual dining and conversation. A gas grill, table and chairs are in the back yard for grilling and entertaining.Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a 55″ TV in the main living area. There is also a 42″ TV in the master bedroom. Both TV’s are Smart TV’s. Great cell phone reception.
