A wonderful summer vacation getaway, this spacious house is awesome for families looking to escape to a very special corner of Nantucket. With its 3 bedrooms, the house can sleep up to 8 depending upon sleeping arrangements. One one side of the main living area is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, flat screen TV & double closets. Nearby is the perfect bedroom for 4 kids with one double bed, a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle bed underneath and two large closets and two dressers. Both rooms share an immaculate bathroom with a spacious vanity, toilet and shower.On the other side of the house, the large, private primary suite has a new king-sized mattress and wrought iron bed, a new flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite full bathroom and a surprise – a second floor loft to a private outdoor deck.The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and it opens into the dining room that seats 8 comfortably at the wide country table.The open living room has soaring ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and two seating areas, both with views of giant flat screen TV and kitchen. The loft off the living room is accessed via a spiral staircase and is a great hangout for kids to watch TV, play games, do puzzles or read. Large outdoor deck in the front is perfect for dining al fresco. There’s also a gas grill out back in the large manicured yard!8 Person Maximum.NO PETS ALLOWED.NO PARTIES ALLOWED.Our home is in a quiet, family neighborhood. A yard surrounds the house. The house is very close to the town bike path, Millie’s sandwich/ice cream shop and full-service restaurant (have a Madaket Mystery and enjoy the sunset!) and a local boat ramp. Walk to nearest beach or drive to explore new ones!Turn-key vacation, just bring yourselves, your flip flops and enjoy!
