3 bedroom, 3 bath, Breckenridge cabin hidden in the Aspens.This beautiful home on Peak 7 is the perfect place for a family getaway. This is a quiet residential area close to town and the ski area. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The home has wonderfully stocked kitchen with a gourmet oven/stove. The living room and dining room have wonderful views of the ten mile range. The living room is spacious and comfortable it has a large gas fireplace to help make everything cozy. The TV is a large flat screen. The dining area has large table that seats 8, so the whole family can sit down to a meal together. Cooking in this kitchen is dream. It has everything you need and plenty of space for your own food to be put away in the pantry. The first floor also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a jack and Jill full bathroom that services the main floor and the bedroom. On the second floor you will find the loft/office area which has a futon for extra sleeping and a desk for those who may need to do a little work, even though that will be hard with the views. Also the second floor houses the other two bedrooms both with King beds and ensuite baths. The master is very spacious and the master bath has two sinks with separate vanities and a stand alone shower with steam shower. The wrap around porch is a very peaceful place to reflect while gazing at the many Aspen trees in the yard. You can see moose, bear, fox and other wildlife in the area. This home has been a great retreat for our family and we enjoy sharing it with others. We wish you great family memories in our mountain home. We do prefer no children under 2 as the steps are wood and can be slippery.NO PETS ALLOWED.PLEASE NOTE: 4WD or AWD is required to access the property for a majority of the yearThis beautiful home on Peak 7 is the perfect place for a family getaway.
