Our condo is fully equipped for a weekly vacation or a long stay with all the conveniences and comfort of back home – including new beds, linens, furnishings, and appliances.We are only a 15-minute drive from Naples and the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. After a relaxing day of sunbathing on the beach, take a stroll on 5th Avenue in Naples and visit the amazing art galleries and enjoy the different shops and fine dining. The condominium complex is also within walking distance to a shopping center where you can find a supermarket and various shops and restaurants to satisfy any taste.This 2nd floor condo features high ceilings and a lanai that overlooks the pool and picnic areas. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall and a relaxing hot tub. The building is also equipped with an elevator, so no climbing stairs required!The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and offers a large closet and luxurious bathroom with a Jack and Jill sink. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a desk in case if you need to catch up on some work. The well-appointed second bathroom features a bathtub, hairdryer, and a washer and dryer.The living room has a TV with basic Cable and Amazon Fire Stick and complementary Netflix. Free Wifi also included.You will find everything that you need to cook a meal, including spices, oil, etc. We provide cookware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils.4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach umbrella are conveniently provided for your beach going adventures.This is a Non-Smoking and a No Pet Condo. Smokers are welcome to step outside into a Tiki picnic area.Disclaimer:7 nights minimum stay. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10 am.If the Pool Key is lost during your visit, you will be charged a fifty ($50) dollar replacement fee. Cleaning fee – $150
