This golf course view condo is a newly decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor unit in the Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, travertine floors in living room & dining room and new carpet in bedrooms . We also just purchased top of the line, upscale furniture and mattresses! Each bedroom comes with a flat screen TV and blueray/dvd player, and a comfortable bed that can transition into one king or two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom as well! In addition to the bedrooms we have a new pull out couch. This condo can accommodate up to six! Perfect for six golfers, three couples, families or retreats.The living room is spacious and open to the dinning room and fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a huge 60′ flat screen TV and blueray/DVD player.Every morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the table and chairs on the patio!Some of the conveniences that are provided include free WIFI, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there.
