Cool and contemporary, open and light, the interior offers high ceilings as well as incredible interior and exterior entertaining spaces. This massive cathedral ceiling space, accessed through a private exterior staircase is complete with one bedroom, gym, office, and living area. The U-shaped residence surrounds a striking English garden, with views of the beautifully landscaped pool. The heated gunite pool is a shared space with the residence below, but private and inviting, with grassy vistas on all sides. This property is located down a long driveway (approx 500 ft) and although located off Montauk highway, is extremely quiet and private. Bikes, surfboards and beach equipment can be provided.
