This one bedroom, one bath 3rd floor condo “Sunrise Balcony” features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all ocean front and lead out to the deck. Sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves roll in, or wake up early morning to see the magnificent sunrise. Many have said that on some mornings they have watched the dolphins play right past the surf. The primary bedroom is street side with a Queen bed and there is a set of bunk beds nestled in the hall alcove perfect for the children.
