This beautifully decorated one bedroom plus bunk room, two bath, ninth floor condominium has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently renovated unit features a gulf front family room and master bedroom that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunset views. The extra large balcony includes dining and lounging areas. This unit is located on the 9th floor which is 4 floors above the elevated pools and hot tub, an ideal floor to be on. Convenient parking is located underneath the building so no need to walk across the street as with many of the other condo buildings. ** Enjoy free beach service during your stay. Two chairs and umbrella daily at the beach March to November. ** This condo features a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker & standard coffee maker, and washer and dryer. Starter kit of laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels provided. For workout enthusiast, Sunrise offers an expansive fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.This unit feels like a two bedroom with the additional bunk room, but rents for the price of a one bedroom. This unit sleeps seven, and easily accommodates four adults and three children. The master bedroom with a new king mattress faces the gulf. The bunk room is a small bedroom with a bunk bed, cubby storage for dresser (no closet), and a TV. Full bed on bottom and twin on top. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded foam mattress and is much more comfortable than the standard sleeper sofa mattresses. This condominium is decorated in a luxury cottage beach theme. TVs are located in the family room, master bedroom, and bunk room. The bunkroom is equipped with a 32 inch TV. This condo is full of luxury upgrades, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, DVD/VCR players, master garden tub with separate shower, high speed internet access,etc. Sunrise is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which makes it an ideal location.You will be guaranteed this luxury condominium with its location just four floors above the pools and hot tubs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.ATTENTION: BASEBALL and SOFTBALL PLAYERS, Little League World Series participants, we are one of the closest condos to the Panama City Beach Recreation, Baseball and Softball fields.
