We’ve gone above and beyond with a Beyond O2 system for your well-being. While we do have air conditioning available, it’s important to note that it consumes a significant amount of electricity. To keep our rates affordable, we kindly request an additional charge if you choose to use it. But don’t worry, we’ve also recently added a screen door to maximize natural airflow. With the cool ocean breeze just five blocks from the beach, you’ll experience comfortable evenings and restful nights.For your convenience, there’s a coin-operated washer-dryer on the premises. You can also relax outside the apartment on the provided table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a good book.Please be aware that the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, small fridge/freezer, and an espresso machine.
