Rental is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building in one of Portland’s most sought after locations. There are numerous walkable options nearby for great food and entertainment. Which include: The Old Port shopping and restaurants, The Portland Museum of Art, Children’s museum, Bao Bao – amazing Dumpling house across the street, Ottos pizza, Cross Insurance Arena and great coffee shop just a two minute walk!This rental has it all! 2BRs, living room with sectional sofa, A/C, 2 TV’s, wifi and smart tv (netflix etc.), washer/dryer in unit, large roof-top deck overlooking Portland and Historic Park Street. Very private space! Please take note that the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor are a bit narrow.There is on street parking and a parking lot at holiday inn by the bay for $17/day – 1 short block away.(about 6 houses)
