The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand – specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly-Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay $150 a day, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it on time.-Quiet hoursWe are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation.-DamagesWe understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!Please mention if you arrive with Pets.Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!!Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave.**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 pets.
