This beautiful 3BR, 2.5 bath house is located on Casco Bay in Portland, ME. The 3rd bedroom is located in the finished basment with bathroom and laundry area. It has a double deck in the back yard (with ocean view), grill and a patioset included with a center table/firepit. Directly across the street is Payson Park where there are walking trails, backetball court, tennis courts and a playground. Also, just a walk through the backyard is the Back Cove Boulevard, perfect if you want to enjoy a nice walk along side the water.This house is located within 5 minutes for Portland’s famousOld Port which includes many family friendly attractions, local shops and a wide variety of restaurants from traditional pub fare to fine dining.
