This is a great vacation rental across the street from the beach! No beach views from the condo, Our 2 story with stairs unit is very up-to-date, remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen, outdoor patio area with BBQ, and just steps from a private beach! Each bedroom is nicely furnished for your comfort. 1 California king in the master, 1 queen in second room with bunk beds. Enjoy the many amenities that Del mar beach club offers; including multiple heated pools, a spa/jacuzzi. The fitness center is temporarily closed, adult lounge are all open. We have a BBQ Grill on patio, and if tank is empty we will reimburse you to fill it. Whether you are vacationing from out of town or selecting this as your ‘stay-cation’ destination, making this choice will guarantee an amazing time!Tennis or fitness center fans? If so, plan ahead and see onsite manager, Tissa to pay $50 deposit & sign liability waver for use.
