The unit can comfortably fit 12 people (1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 Twins, 1 sofa bed).A few additional details–Central Manhattan (Times Square, Madison Square Garden, etc.) is accessible by bus + subway, train, and car from the house. By car – 30 minutes, train – 25-30 minutes, bus + subway – 50 minutes. The train option is probably the least costly because by car you would need to likely pay for parking. The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can Uber to the train station (~3-minute Uber ride).The unit is free of clutter and maintained in immaculate condition. The fridge is empty and sparkling.In addition to the driveway, plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. The Samsung washer and dryer are accessible to guests.
