Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one a master with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, the other with a queen bed and an en suite with shower cubical.Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, another master with a king size bed and two with queen beds, all with en suites. The other bedroom with a queen bed joins with a bathroom to another bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms enjoy smart TVs. There is also a wash room with both a washing machine and dryer. In the middle of the upper level/loft there is a full size pool table together with a large ‘L’ shaped leather sofa in front of another 65″ smart TV.A sizeable communal swimming pool is also available at the Shires together with tennis courts, fitness centre and clubhouse.The property is fully air conditioned and has both cable TV and Wi-Fi available and is maintained by a local professional management company.Situated in one of Davenport’s best loved locations, The Shires at West Haven is located only a short distance from many of Orlando’s famous theme parks.
