Beautiful & Spacious Westside Townhouse, Sleeps 8 w/ A/C.Smartly decorated and comfortable townhome in the southwest area of Flagstaff. Close to NAU and major routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, AZ Snowbowl, and downtown. The primary suite has a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The downstairs den/living room offers a queen sleepover sofa. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. We offer internet-enabled TV and direct TV channels. Covered patio and large backyard with a gas fireplace and grill. This home DOES offer central heat and air conditioning. *Please be advised that the driveway is very steep and may not be accessible to some low-profile vehicles. There is no street parking available for this unit. We have a snow removal service but guests are expected to help maintain access during their stays. *All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, must use stairs to access.STR city license number: STR-036882
