Extending from Muscongus Bay to tranquil Crystal Pond the conservation reserve features a network of trails for summer walks and bird watching to winter snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice skating on the pond. A cozy woodstove warms the open concept living and dining areas on chilly nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, butcher block island, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemakers, toaster oven, and dishwasher along with a full set of appliances and cookware. Downstairs, separated by a full bathroom with tub and shower, are two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two bunk beds. Upstairs, the large, comfortably furnished loft provides a quiet space for reading and relaxing, next to the light-filled master bedroom with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the woods, two double beds and adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower. Towels and bed linens are provided.
