This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. This Stylishly remodeled unit, Maui Banyan (F-203A), offers a tasteful interior with contemporary furnishings and small convenience kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, toaster and granite countertops (no cooktop or oven). Bathroom has travertine marble floors and granite counters. The condo also has a large flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The studio has wifi high speed internet. Private lanai (patio) surrounded by tropical plants.**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.The Maui Banyan is located directed across from fantastic Kamaole Beach II and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The studio is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from championship golf. The best beginner surf is just a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.Our units are upgraded, comfortable and clean.
