This unit is half of a house built in 1860. We have recently renovated it and added some modern conveniences while trying to keep the charm and simplicity of days gone by. Downstairs has a laundry room, sunroom / dining room, a fireplaced living room open to the kitchen. The full bath is equipped with a an a great soaking tub / shower.Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a half bath and a sitting area. One room has a queen bed, the other with two twins. There is a futon that would be good overflow for an extra child.Outside you have access to Hammet’s Cove, a tributary of Sippican Harbor. Lots of space for relaxing, firepits and swings.
