This is a restful, casual home – 1700+ comfortably furnished square feet on one level, wonderful on sunny days and cozy when the “liquid sunshine” happens. Breezes from the lake refresh through the whole house.The Lake -Blue Lake covers 330 acres and has two county parks and one public boat launch. It is suitable for young kids to splash in but just beyond the dock is muddy and weedy. There is a roped swimming area a short walk or boat ride away at the county park.We do not offer pontoon/motorboat rental but there are third party rentals nearby.There is AC in the master bed and the living room. When you open the slider doors and windows a great breeze does wonders to cool the house.
