Beautiful family beach house on the bay. Sleeps 10 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms. There is also a 5th loft-like room that has a door for privacy which can be used for sleeping. Water views from most of the house, including 4 of the bedrooms. Kayaks, boogie boards, fishing poles, and BBQ grill included. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the side of the house. Includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, television downstairs and small television in master bedroom. Stairs from deck lead right down to the beach.Group rentals are not permitted.No smoking, no pets.
