The first level of the property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, a lovely sun room, screened porch, and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and two with two twin sized beds in each. Enjoy the outdoors on the wraparound deck equipped with your choice of charcoal or gas grill, the widow’s walk, or the screened porch area. *PLEASE NOTE: Insinkerator and fireplace NOT to be used. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. Two-week minimum for bookings.
