The bay is great for swimming when the tide is in and great for clamming when it is out.The large, eat-in kitchen and adjacent dining room featuring ocean and bay views is separated from the comfortable, well-finished living room by a large stone fireplace. A well-lit, cozy library flanks the master bedroom with a newly renovated master bath and back-bedroom.An additional full bath completes the first floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with queen beds and ample closets flank a large hall.Neighborhood amenities include tennis courts and clamming in the tidal bay (available from the town hall for a very small license fee). Reid State Park, Five Islands, boat rentals, and the best lobsters in Maine are within a few minutes drive.The home is fully furnished. Bedrooms feature queen beds.Freeport, the home of LL Bean (open 24 x 7), is about 45 minutes to the south, Boothbay Harbor about the same distance to the north.
