Lovely newly renovated vacation home in Rockport. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 full baths. Beautiful gourmet kitchen allowing you to cook in as much as you d like. Open concept kitchen and living room. Bedrooms on 2nd floor. Easily walk to town to shops and restaurants. Also very close to Shalin Liu Concert Hall. Back deck has a large sectional with a gas fire pit, a 4 person table and chairs with an umbrella and a gas grill.This home is across the street from both Front Beach and Back Beach in downtown Rockport. You can easily pull the kayaks that are included down to Back Beach (Front Beach does not allow them). The property has off street parking for 3-4 cars depending on size. This is a great feature as many rentals down town Rockport rely on street parking.
