Our mountain home is located one mile outside the city limits of Franklin, NC. You have easy access to our house with paved roads and a concrete driveway. This mountain home has it all, beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains and is only minutes away from the most beautiful and entertaining parts of Western Carolina, in a secluded mountain estates community. This is our second home so all bath linens, kitchen appliances, etc are included. The waterfalls are incredible and the views breathtaking, and can be viewed from several of the most challenging and beautiful golf courses you will ever play on.Catch your own mountain trout supper either in the local streams or in the many local stocked trout farms. There are wonderful shops in Cashiers, Highlands, Cherokee and Dillsboro, along with a great indoor, antique mall at the Whistle Stop in Franklin housing, more than 20 Retail Stores, 60,000 square feet of antiques, 17,000 square feet of hand-made crafts in the Artisans and restaurants.If you are looking for some adventure, you can try guided kayak, canoeing, or tubing, or white water rafting trips on the Nantahala, Chatooga, Ocoee, or Tuskeegee rivers.
