It also makes using the elevators or stairs very convenient. This unit is a one bedroom condo with a king- size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunks in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfortably sleeps five. The unit has central a/c and heat with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, cooking/dining utensils. The living room area provides a chair, sleeper sofa, end tables with lamps, Flat Screen TV, DVD, Cable, Docking Station to play music, and overlooks the breath-taking Gulf.
