Thanks to electric heating, you can splash around at any weather. Sunbeds are available, and in the evening, there is nothing better than stacking the massive barbecue grill with steaks. Of course, you are also welcome to relax in the living area featuring a sofa and a large flat-screen TV.If you want to reach all important spots in Cape Coral – and fast – the villa´s central location is ideal for you. The next Publix supermarket is only a short walk away, and in 10 minutes, you can get to Walmart or Aldi by car. In addition, you will enjoy close proximity to Cape Coral Parkway with its shops and restaurants. Located within 2.4 miles of the villa are several beautiful parks, as well as the Yacht Club Public Beach. Do you want to treat your children to a day of exciting fun?
