Welcome to this fabulous four bedroom, three bathroom home, located in the very popular Indian Creek Community off Formosa Gardens … close to shops, all the new restaurants on Highway 192 and only 15 minutes from Disney.The gentle colors of the tasteful decor make the spaces warm and welcome. Brand new kitchen appliances, 65″ “Smart” TV in the living room, flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms, tile floors, leather furniture and large comfortable beds, everything you could need for your pleasure and enjoyment. Outside, the pool and spa are completely enclosed providing a very private area for bathing and sunning, and have recently been extended, with new furniture. The pool & spa can be heated, for an additional fee detailed below. Sun or shade, your choice……all day long! The villa is regularly improved and updated reflecting the pride and enjoyment the owners derive from their property.Indian Creek has great proximity to all the shops and restaurants that are all about plus it is only 15 minutes from Disney itself. The area is ideal for strolling around, getting a little exercise, or just taking it easy between visits to the Parks.It is also close to I4 which runs from coast to coast, so a day trip to the beach, to Daytona East or Tampa West is a simple drive away. Likewise, Busch Gardens or Kennedy Space Center.
