Our home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,000 square feet of bright indoor living space with high ceilings in every room. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 5-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 10-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with eastern exposure, enjoying sun for most of the day.Some of the features included are the open spacious kitchen with 4 bar stools, double sinks granite top in master bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, hot tub (6 seating positions, 22 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock (new, rebuilt after Irma).The house includes a pool table, board games, cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, two 55″ TVs in family & living rooms and three 32″ flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are leather recliner sofa, queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner couch, and love chair allowing for plenty of fun, family memories.
