Our home has beautiful water views from the dining area, living room, family room, master bedroom and ~2,000 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and hot tub with western exposure, plenty of sun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the TigerTail beach oasis area!Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks with granite top and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, hot tub (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is facing the water with 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together.The house includes cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 55″ TV in the family room, one 55″ TV in the living room, and three 32″ flat screen TVs in each bedroom, sleeper-sofa, 3 sofas, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories.
