Welcome to Hyatt House. This is the best location in Pawson Park! You can sit on the porch and watch the kids play on thr beach directly in front of the house. This house has a recently redone kitchen, large bathroom and laundry room. This is the perfect house for families.The house is available for an academic rental from September to May for $3,500 per month. This rate only applies if your booking the property for a majority of the September to May period.
