The guest receives a digital code to the apt door for entry, check-in time and instructions for check-in directly with concierge or the check-in office depending on time/date of arrival.Baggage Valet/Concierge: If Guests arrive before Check-in time or plan to leave town after Check-out, they can drop off their luggage at the building Valet service. It is very convenient, safe, and costs $2/bag.
