Spring Lake – Grand Haven areaYou will love this beautifully-decorated and well-appointed condo on Spring Lake and a short car ride or bike ride to the famous Lake Michigan beaches of Grand Haven State Park. It’s in a perfect location for both fun and relaxation. The unit is located on the second floor of the Lake Pointe Condos with an incredible view looking over the main body of Spring Lake and the boats in the marina seen from the deck, living room, and dining room. The Spring Lake/Grand Haven bike path runs right next to the building and with the four bikes available to you, this would make a very fun activity for you and your guests. There is a very accessible elevator off the condo’s main entrance to make loading and unloading easy. Lake Pointe association includes Barrett’s Marina seasonal pool, picnic, and pavilion amenities. Condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets with built-ins, and a private full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and closet. There is also a second full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer just outside the second bedroom. The main living area is an open floor plan and includes the kitchen with a large island with granite counter tops all around with bar stools and a separate eating area, a living room with a new hideabed couch, and large screen TV with AppleTV remote. There are 2 beds which sleep 4 total plus a hideabed couch. Upon arrival you will receive a key fob allowing access to the indoor parking spot in the attach parking garage as well as access to the very secure building. You will also have a welcome folder with a list of great local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas.Perfect for a fantastic relaxing stay!
