Beautiful Waterfront Cottage near Downtown Norfolk- A Peaceful Secluded Paradise

Taking a deep breath and enjoying this amazing view!This spacious cottage is set back on 0.6 acres with a wonderful view of the Elizabeth River, on a secluded peninsula. It is a very special, unique, private and cozy place right on the river. The new sunroom is a wonderful place to enjoy the warmth of the winter sunrise. We offer:- A clean beautiful waterfront home- A beautiful fireplace- Fresh organic eggs, teas, coffee, juice, snacks… while watching the sunrise over the dock- WiFi internet and cable TV with HBO- Great bluetooth speaker system for movies and music- Luxury bath linens- New waterview sunroom- Dish washer/Washer/DryerWe have registered the business with the city of Norfolk, and the city strictly only allows 2 guests each stay since the place has only one bedroom. Please help us to follow the rule. Thank you!We respond very quickly to your inquiries. We would rent out the place as short-term during January and February. We need a break too .The cottage interior was recently renovated including a new kitchen and floors. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig coffee machine for your morning coffee or tea to enjoy the sunrise over the water. There is a washer and dryer right in the sunroom for our guests’ laundry. There is plenty of parking next to the cottage. We have recently had the back porch closed in with new big sliding windows around. Our guests now can still enjoy the beautiful water view during colder months from the new beautiful sunroom. Providing a great service to our guests is our main goal. We have been working hard on making the place nicer and nicer, improving service to make our guests’ stays more memorable, and always being available to help our guests with any concerns or questions.
