There are beautiful views of Seal Cove, a tidal cove, from the numerous windows within the home. This 3-bedroom home is located on a quiet street with direct access to the water with custom granite steps to a private beach at low tide. Here you can explore to your heart’s content in the two kayaks that are available for your use. (life vests are made available for use)Just imagine waking up to these amazing water views and the sound of the water outside. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds, and watching lobstermen pull their traps. Enjoy the warm summer sun shining on you, as you spend the perfect day on the deck reading a book, sipping cocktails with friends, or just enjoying the view. A lobster supper with friends, a glass of wine or cookouts with family while you enjoy the cool ocean breezes, and a magnificent sunset is a great way to spend the evenings.The first floor has an open concept kitchen/living/dining area to enjoy spending time with your friends and family.
