It is located 5 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and is perfect for boating!This home boasts beautiful water views of the large intersecting canals. It is located on a cul-de-sac with great privacy. The home is fully equipped with all of your needs to make your stay comfortable. It sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, and 2 additional sofa beds.You’ll love the views and access to pool from both the master bedroom and guest room. Enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on our lanai. Just bring your suitcases and leave the rest to us!You will be just 20-30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva! This gorgeous home is close to shopping and grocery. Amenities included are fishing off the dock, swimming & more.Cape Coral is a wonderful city close to everything! We have the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach on the Caloosahatchee River less than 10 minutes away. Also enjoy a day at Sunsplash Family Waterpark which is close as well.
