Upon entering, you will notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. A large HDTV over the freshly painted fireplace provides the focal point of the living room along with a wall of windows offering lovely views. Twin sofas encourage relaxation and conversation. The dining area has a table that seats 6-8 guests; open to the kitchen so it is easy for the Chef to stay involved in the happenings. The kitchen has been updated and has gleaming granite countertops, white cabinetry, and new appliances. It is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Washer/Dryer is centrally located in the hub of the house in the closet off of the kitchen.On the first floor, you will also find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam and Pottery Barn furnishings. There is a TV, double closets and sliding doors leading to a small deck with a table and chairs. The en suite bath has a shower and oversized granite vanity. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk over it, plus a additional twin bed. White furnishings and deep ocean blues create a peaceful retreat. The adjoining hall bath has been updated with wainscot paneling, a granite topped vanity, tile flooring and a shower/tub. It is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the hall.Stairs lead to the open loft that serves as the 3rd bedroom. With a queen bed, closet and beachy decor touches that add whimsy to this space. It has wainscoting, high ceilings, and sliding doors to the deck that has great views of the lagoon.
