At the top of the stairs there is a door which leads to the balcony, complete with fan and views over the golf course. The 1st Master bedroom has a king size bed and wall mounted flat screen tv. The adjoining bathroom has a garden tub, seperate shower, toilet and vanity unit. In the hallway there is another desk area with chair nestled in a quiet alcove.The twin bedroom, with two twin beds and additional pullout bed, has it’s own tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower. The 2nd master bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower.The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each bedroom.At the rear of the house is the pool with safety fence. Why not hire a bbq and enjoy dinner by the pool while watching the kids playing. Pool heat is available for an additional cost – please inquire. Gas BBQ rental available on request.
