Beautifully furnished Mesa home w/ private backyard & heated pool. Come & relax!Comfortable, newly renovated private home waiting for you to relax in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 60 and the 202 for easy access to most anything! Restaurants in walking distance, multiple golf courses in a 10-mile radius. Hiking, shopping, anything you want is close by! Enjoy the private oasis in the backyard with a pool heated November through April (for an additional $35 a day), lounge area, and a covered patio with a propane fire pit. The house has a spacious open floor plan with a king bed in the master with large ensuite bathroom walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen beds in each of the guest rooms, with Roku TV’s. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a bar in the living room. The house is only 9 miles from the Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport.
