The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), jet ski/umbrella chair rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a queen size sleeper sofa and a large 55″ flat screen tv. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have new flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom has a full bath with double marble vanities. The guest bathroom has a large garden tub and the master bathroom features a walk in shower. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of upgraded cabinets to store your groceries! The kitchen also features new granite countertops and backsplash! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach. This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental Period!!
