Step into paradise in this clean and impeccably appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Old Town. Located just 2 blocks from Duval and 2 blocks north of Truman, a short walk to Southernmost Point, Louie’s Backyard, Four Marlins, Tipsy Rooster, El Siboney , La Te Da and so much more. Bikes provided, and off street parking for 3 vehicles. The house boasts an office with high speed internet, 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, one with en suite bath and the other with full bath 2 steps outside of bedroom door. beautiful living room with large screen TV and brand new fold out queen size couch, dining room and updated kitchen with top of line appliances. Backyard has tropical landscaping and an 8 x 24 foot heated pool with lots of deck space for outdoor dining. Due to the pool this property is nor suitable for young children. Very quiet neighborhood. You will want to keep coming back.
